Practicing Gratitude Daily – There Is So Much To Be Grateful For

It is so important to express gratitude, and to be grateful for everything you have.

So what are you grateful for today?  Your family, health, career? There are so many things, both big and small we should always express our gratitude for.

Unfortunately, we learn to appreciate people and things more when we lose them. Gratitude isn’t just in our head, it takes root in our heart. Living your life with gratitude means choosing to focus your time and attention on what you appreciate.

Gratitude is such a powerful emotion, one that can make your life better in so many ways.

Some people fill in a gratitude journal by noting down big and small things happening in life. It is amazing for self-reflection.

Beautiful post. There are so many things we can be grateful for in each day. Sometimes they’re plan to see, other times it can take a bit of looking.
